The Caucasus
Georgia. No, not the one in America. The one full of the caucasian spirit, the one I call my home now. The one where there are dogs lying in banks on rainy days, and where drivers don’t go to driving school. The one with gorges nature and mountains. So far, we have visited so many amazing places, with incredible sights, music, different cultures. Georgia is so unique in so many different ways, with every one of its regions with having something to explore. And at the end of the day, wheather you’re exploring the old town of Tbilisi, enjoying the wonders of the coast, or hiking to the peeks of this beautiful place, you feel that same amazing energy.
The people of Georgia have truly huge opened hearts welcoming anyone in their homes with a giant feast. And no matter if they have something to eat and drink or not, they will still offer you their best. At the same time, when you think about it, the people of the Caucasus, one of the biggest and toughest mountain ranges in the world, the people there had to be tough to survive. Just imagine shivering from the cold on a winter’s night in the deep snow of the 3 000 m mountain. Or even fighting to death with your neighbors, even friends for something to fill your stomach with. Recently, me and my dad have even seen the legendary Dede movie shot in the Svaneti region that explicidely displays exactly this.

What you can expect
Life has its moments, doesn’t it? My dad always says that, especially when we’re sitting back in beanbags, sipping hot chocolate, and watching the sun set over the peaks of the Great Caucasus.
